Proposed by Frank Dobson, Robert Leste, and Steve Lowe, “Coliseum City” rose up through the informal process of political meetings before it became the darling of Oakland District Seven Councilmember Larry Reid’s eye in 2009. Then, a series of failed efforts by two developers working with the City of Oakland’s economic development department stalled the project. Over that time, from 2009 to present day, Oakland lost the Golden State Warriors, Oakland Raiders, and Oakland Athletics. And not just the Coliseum City idea went not done, but the Howard Terminal Ballpark Development, too. Now, a new organization called The African American Sports and Entertainment Group (AASEG) and its business arm The Oakland Acquisition Company is just a few transactions away from owning the Oakland Coliseum Complex, and with an eye toward building a modern version of Coliseum City. But now come revelations that the sports-themed community concept will be the “next big thing” in development trends. That means Oakland, once ahead of its time, wasted it mired in politics and incompetence. Can AASEG right the ship before demand goes away? According to Front Office Sports, a new white paper commissioned by Klutch Sports Group and RBC points to the coming boom in mixed-use developments attached to new arena projects. New sports stadium and arena projects built with corresponding mixed-use development are projected to attract $100 billion in investment over the next 15 years, Can AASEG get Coliseum City developed within that time? Let’s explore that question in this livestream.

The overall objective here, on top of our is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours – is the use of the existing YouTube social graph on any subject in the World.
Now, news is reported with a smartphone and also by promoting current content on YouTube: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary, or having a camera crew to shoot what is already on YouTube. The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution.
We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this, the problem is far less, though by no means solved. Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
